Not specifics to your bike but it normally means worn oil pump and/or general engine wear.

get chopping a coke bottle up. smooth the edges with some fine paper pop off your dust seals but leave everything else intact. gently press the plastick between the fork and seal and try and drag any shit out rather tjam push shit in. its worked for me many times.

May 02, 2013, 17:52:43 PM
Thanks again gravelrash, i think i will try to source a couple and renew them.
May 02, 2013, 16:02:15 PM
Yes! There is two mounting bolts David both are rubber mounted.
May 01, 2013, 20:16:23 PM
Thanks for that gravel rash, is the bush in the top mounting bolt and is it rubber. I think i will replace as it clunks when i hit pot holes.
May 01, 2013, 19:37:34 PM
Its not supposed to move David but the bush wears, mine does the same but not bad enough to source a new bush (:
May 01, 2013, 19:32:29 PM
I have a gsf1200s and was wondering if the top fairing is supposed to pivot on the mounting bracket as mine seems to move if i lift the fairing. Thought it may be rubber mounted.

From what I remember you can make any model of bandit have both fitted at once, however you may need to file down the belly pan slightly to make it fit.
April 26, 2013, 16:54:21 PM
Does anyone know if you can fit a Belly pan on a gsf 1200 k2 that has engine bars?
